AI Strategy Session - $800

This 90-minute session maps out your AI journey. I will help you identify key AI use cases, establish baseline KPIs, and ensure all necessary tools are available. This session results in a clear, actionable AI strategy tailored to your business needs.

Action

AI Training and Implementation - Starting at $5,000

I help your organization get actual business value from AI. I take a personal approach, meeting with individual team members to learn about their workflows, interests, and fears around AI. I then use this insight to design a bespoke workshop to co-build solutions for the organization. By creating the solution with your team, there is more support at all levels of the organization.

Workshop Development

  • Customized through a personalized intake process, including calls with company representatives and leadership.
  • Identify key AI use cases, highlight relevant policies, establish KPIs, install tools

Lead Design Workshop

  • Virtual design thinking workshop
  • Covers AI context, best practices, prompt engineering, and application of AI tools.
  • Each attendee will build one AI solution and identify two additional AI solutions.

Adoption

Included in the AI Training and Implementation

The work of adoption begins after the workshop, and I'm am there to help. I check in with workshop participants to answer questions, improve their AI workflows, and keep them accountable. The check-ins serve to identify the AI processes with the greatest impact, so they can be shared and adopted across the organization. With these insights, reports and further recommendations are provided.

Department Check-ins

  • Post-workshop check-ins to review progress, update builds, and address new questions.

Company Knowledge Facilitation

  • Facilitate knowledge transfer from workshop participants to the entire company.

In addition to my hands-on work, I often speak at conferences and events. Every presentation is customized to the target audience, with an emphasis on taking action.
